Should I buy audio or video?
The choice between audio and video depends on how you want to use the course and on the content of the course.
Can I play DVDs in a CD player?
No. DVDs will not work in equipment that plays CDs only. This is true of all DVDs, not just ours.
What types of players can I use for the audio CDs and DVDs?
The audio CDs will work in CD players installed in your home stereo or in your car, as well as in portable CD players. The CDs will also work in
CD-ROM drives in computers and laptops, MP3 players marked with CD playing capabilities, and some DVD players that are marked certified to play CDs as well as DVDs.
*Note: Unless the DVD and MP3 players are marked that they play CDs, your audio CDs will not work on those players.
Your DVDs will work in DVD players and in DVD-ROM drives in computers and laptops.
Your preferences. The audio version is very flexible, allowing you to listen to our Seminar almost anywhere and at any time you like: while commuting, jogging, or even while you are at the gym.
The Seminar content. The DVD version of our seminar contains all images that our Experts find useful in teaching. Some visual elements (i.e., charts, graphs, illustrations, power point presentations) enhance the DVD version. In many cases, these visual elements are very helpful, greatly enhancing the expert’s presentation. In most cases, our experts are able to explain the visual contents of a course to the “audio audience,” and we issue the course in both audio and DVD.
What do you do with my e-mail address and other personal information?
We use your name and address to send you order confirmations, seminar materials, requests for feedback on seminar content, and special offers. We do not sell or rent your name, address, e-mail address, phone numbers, or purchase history to any other person(s) or company. Period.
Do you ship to PO boxes?
Unfortunately, we cannot ship to PO boxes because we ship via Federal Express or similar carrier and they require a physical address. In order to send you any seminar materials (including CDs/DVDs) from Educational Seminars Institute, we need a physical address.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Normally, you will receive your package within 10 business days from the time you place your order. However, please allow four to six weeks after the date of the seminar for delivery.
What are your payment methods?
We accept American Express, MasterCard, Discover or VISA. We also accept checks and/or Money Orders. Please note payment must be received and processed prior to shipping any order.
Will I receive seminar materials?
Yes, you will receive a professionally bound manual prepared specifically for each seminar. They serve as a valuable reference back at the office or to share with your colleagues.
Refund Policy:
If you would like to return a CD/DVD/Manual Package you are eligible for a complete refund exclusive of shipping and handling, if it is shipped back within 30 days.
